We are partnered with a client in the real estate investments space, hiring for an analyst with past experience supporting the portfolio management strategies at a global level.
The role:
Get involved in analysis of investments such as acquisition of real estate assets, including conducting of research on the market and competitors
Source and evaluate investment opportunities, supporting on the end-to-end process of acquisitions including deal origination, evaluation and structuring
Financial modelling and preparation of reports for management
Develop and maintain data visualisation dashboards and databases
Work with other teams in identifying gaps in data, analysing data trends and providing recommendations for business decision-making
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience in the financial modelling and investments analysis space
Experience in the real estate industry or real estate markets strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Real Estate, or similar relevant field
Proficiency in data technologies (Python, SQL, R and visualisation tools)
