Our client is one of the leading global commodities organization headquartered in Singapore. Their Technology department is driving towards full cloud and embarking heavily in digital transformation journey. They are looking to add an additional IT Application Analyst to take ownership and drive all application related changes and support.
As the IT Application Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Ownership and be subject matter expert for all application related issues
- Dignose and resolve complex system and/or data issues
- Define and implement processes to handle all support activities including provisioning of up-to-date documentation in Confluence
- Collaborate with various internal or external teams to plan, test and delivery on-going enhancement
- Participate in global improves, improvements and change activities to enable growth on innovation and digital transformation
As an ideal candidate, you must have experience in:
- Relevant working experience in delivering application support within a trading environment (comomdities preferred) and understands the entire end-to-end trade lifecycle
- Working knowledge in Application Support of ETRM/CTRM platform in any of the following; Allegro, Aspect, Endur, Triplepoint
- Exposure to collaboration tools such as: Jira or Confluence
- Working exposure on testing in provisioning environment
- DevOps knowledge would be advantageous
