My client is a reliable and reputable digital asset firm who is looking for a IT Helpdesk Engineer to support IT Operations on trading floor.

​Responsibilities:

• Provide IT helpdesk and technical support by phone or desk side for desktop understanding of office365, outlook, win10

• Support company system and software application via phone or email

• Setup and configure smartphone, conference room AV equipment and video conference tools

• Troubleshoot IT related issue

• Arrange schedule with client for system update

• Provide 1st level on call after office hours support on a rotating roster basic

• Strong customer centric mindset

Requirement:

• Bachelor/ higher diploma in computer studies

• 2 - 5 years working experience in IT related field and solid helpdesk or deskside support background

• Experience in supporting traders/ front office is a plus

• Knowledge of windows 10, Mac OS, office 365, AV system

• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and mandarin

• Able to work independently
