As Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing robust solutions using .NET, C#, Azure, and microservices. You will lead a team of talented developers, guiding them through the development lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems utilizing .NET, C#, Azure, and microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical direction.
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our development process to drive innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a lead developer or similar role, with expertise in .NET, C#, Azure, and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
