Job Title : Full Stack IT Development Team Lead / OUTSIDE IR35 .
A leading and Global Investment bank is searching for a Java centric Lead Full stack developer.
We looking for an modern outgoing IT leader to work as an integral part of a programme aiming to help develop a highly efficient team. This is a GreenField Project with the objective to replace the outdated system currently in place . You will be leading a team of specialists across various disciplines , off-shore team management experience is a necessary skill for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE extensive experience managing off shore teams whilst also working alongside various SME's, Solution Architects and collaborating with 3rd part vendors .
- Creating and leading an IT development team.
- Previous experience using CI / CD environments .
- Experience leading a team with use of Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies
- Knowledgeable and proficient in technologies :
- Java ( Java Script , Spring , Springful , SprintBoot)
- Microservices - ESB
- Front End Application - Angular (preferably 6+ ) Back End Applications ( Resfult/ Rest)
- Knowledgeable in relevant Database technology (Mongo DB, Cosmo DB, Oracle , SQL)
