A client of mine is looking for a highly experienced Lead Incident Manager. Due to a new Service integration and management (SIAM) structure they will need an experienced Lead Incident Manager to effectively monitor and manage incidents both in-house and externally with 3rd party suppliers. Broadly experienced, this individual will need to co-ordinate and manage major incidents quickly and they will be required to lead a team of incident managers and incident analysts.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience:

  • Proven experience Leading a team of major incident managers for large financially regulated enterprise customers
  • Extensive experience dealing with major incidents
  • Experience managing 3rd party suppliers to ensure actions are taken to improve service quality and stability of incidents.
