Hybrid working model - x2 per week (London)
Exciting role to lead a leading financial services company's Security Engineering Team; working within the wider global unit.
Role is formed of the following constituent parts:
Managing a team of 30 engineers.
Technical leader and service owner of eight services.
Responsibility and accountability for the successful delivery of four global projects.
Technical leader for eight additional projects.
Engineering Lead, key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a global Engineering team providing eight services.
Be a technical SME across Engineering services and hosting environments.
Scope, shape and deliver new technical services.
Maintain and grow the engagement model with the wider business, including Threat Intelligence, Incident Management, GSOC, Threat Hunting, Cloud and Architecture.
Build automation into all services.
Evidence and attest to 18 GRC risk controls for each of the managed services.
Risk control owner for SIEM, EDR and NGIPS.
Build a pipeline of demand and deliver to strict timelines.
Work with vendors to escalate and influence requirements being met
