Job Duties:
Access and handle life and medical claims within delegated authority
Assess and approve complicated claims
Assist manager to support the claims team in claims in claims investigation, daily operations and case distribution
Ensure claims services are delivered timely and accurately
Provide training to claims colleagues and internal staff to uplift their claims knowledge
Implement continuous claims process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
We are looking for:
2+ years of experience in claims
Strong technical skills and knowledge in life and medical claims
Customer centric minded and able to meet company’s service standards
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
