Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Access and handle life and medical claims within delegated authority

  • Assess and approve complicated claims

  • Assist manager to support the claims team in claims in claims investigation, daily operations and case distribution

  • Ensure claims services are delivered timely and accurately

  • Provide training to claims colleagues and internal staff to uplift their claims knowledge

  • Implement continuous claims process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in claims

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge in life and medical claims

  • Customer centric minded and able to meet company’s service standards

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
