Their aim is to be the leading advisers in our areas of specialism in the UK insurance market.
We are looking for an experienced senior individual to primarily lead the Transactions and Structuring services. The role will involve being part of the Life & Financial Services leadership team, with the responsibility for shaping and developing the propositions that we take to our clients. This individual will also help to deliver wider projects - including in the fields of portfolio restructuring, Part VII transfers, Independent Expert, and risk and capital management - so a strong financial reporting and regulatory background is preferable
