Job Description

Role:

My banking client is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Loans Operations team to ensure all reporting processes and systems align to the requirements efficiently. Other responsibilities;

  • Ensure clear documentation, assessment and agreement over issues and requirements
  • Coordinate and assist the Operations team to ensure compensating controls are in place by year end
  • Liaise with the Operations and CUSO teams as well as Data Management Office to ensure root causes of issues are clearly defined
  • Assist in development of clear requirements and ensure they are assigned to relevant Data Owners/systems
  • Work with Operations and IT to deliver necessary changes
  • Ensure that operating models are reviewed / updated to effectively manage new processes

Must have:

  • Project Lead Experience
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Knowledge of IB
  • Knowledge of the Loans business
