Our client is an established international​ organization who is seeking for a Manager, IT Service Management & IT Resilience to cover their APAC region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors IT service performance to ensure it meets agreed standards and complies with regulations.

  • Contributes to the IT Service Management strategy.

  • Oversees the IT resilience framework, guiding system integration, and serving as the key point of contact for IT resilience and recovery in the APAC region.

  • Supports service management processes such as change, incident, configuration, and problem management, ensuring they comply with policies and regulations.

  • Gathers and analyzes data on business satisfaction and IT performance, addressing any deficiencies.

  • Prepares performance reports and KPI-based dashboards, suggesting ways to improve IT services.

​Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of related working experience

  • Working experience in both ITSM and ITDR/ IT Resilience/ IT Business Continuity

  • Experience with ServiceNow
