Eames are currently working with a global insurance brokerage to find a MI Senior Business Analyst to be responsible for shaping MI in the company. The role includes oversight and delivery of work undertaken by the team to ensure the right products are developed to aid a data driven decision making processes. Guidance on best practice and mentoring of more junior members are a key aspect of the role. This position will require someone who knows the insurance life-cycle and is confident when presenting their findings to C level people. With regards to the long term there is plenty of scope to take on new responsibilities internally and to climb up the career ladder.

What they are looking for:

  • insurance experience (preferably London market)
  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in the Management Information domain with evidence of producing reporting solutions to support Management Information business objectives.
  • Extensive experience of using a variety of tools and techniques to engage with technical and non-technical users to elicit, understand and accurately document business requirements.
  • To translate functional and non-functional requirements into good solution designs.Knowledge and experience of using business intelligence and visualisation tools such as PowerBI.
  • Degree level education
