My client is a reliable and reputable digital asset firm looking for a Network Engineer to join their dynamic IT team.
Key elements of the job:
• Plan, review and implement all change requests related to network team
• Manage service delivered under service vendor as per the Service Level Agreement and consistent with industry practices
• Ensure infrastructure services comply with audit and information security requirements
• Oversee capacity planning exercises within the network team to address business needs
• Ensure the operability and the execution of network team related disaster recovery plans
• Manage and contribute to network-related projects or initiatives when required
• Provide monthly reports on system performance and usage
• Incident resolution via phone, service desk tools or direct desk side engagement
The ideal candidate:
• High Diploma or above in Computer Science bachelor or equivalent with CCNA / CCNP qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in infrastructure support and administration, including systems, servers and networks
• Basic knowledge in Cisco, Fortigate, VMware, Linux and Windows Server
• Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS or Alibaba Cloud preferred
• Experience in supporting diverse financial applications highly desired
• DevOps experience is definite a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
