Our client, a regional solution provider who specialises in providing state of the art security solutions to clients, is looking for a NOC Engineer to join their team. In this role, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for the monitoring of networks, systems and servers.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring of servers, systems & networks in an environment requiring 24 X 7 X 365 uptime.
Handling all monitoring, alerts and escalated calls to ensure service level is being met
Collaborating with various stakeholders for on-boarding/off-boarding of systems
Assisting in deployment, management and testing of tools and systems for health monitoring
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in a NOC related role
Proficient in troubleshooting for network, servers and systems
Experienced with monitoring tools and service desk systems
Certifications in ITSM is a plus
