Eames Consulting are working an exciting opportunity for an in-house Pensions Lawyer to join the growing BPA business of a Life Insurer.
This role will involve providing expert legal counsel throughout the transaction process, interpreting and presenting complex legal considerations and material. You will support the BPA team and Executive Committee in a range of duties and will maintain up to date knowledge of legislative changes and comply with the FCA's conduct and Consumer Duty rules.
Ideally you will have a minimum of two years' post qualified experience (in-house or in practice) and will have good knowledge of life assurance and pensions business.
