Job Description

Eames are working closely with a large multinational insurance broker to help expand their change function. This PMO Lead position sits within their strategic change division and will have a focus on target operating models, business process change and post merger integration.

This role would be effectively setting a PMO up from scratch so they need someone who has a history of delivering proactively and not just working on the more administrative tasks of a PMO. This person will need to have experience of running multiple teams/projects on a large scale. There will also be the usual aspects of RAID logs & Planning.

This role is flexible on location and could be worked remotely, in London or a few other locations on the outskirts.
