I'm currently working on an exclusive mandate for a well established Syndicate, seeking to add an experienced Pricing Actuary or Analyst to a developing area of the business. The role holder will report directly to the Managing Director for a specialist and niche product within the personal lines space, taking full ownership of pricing and portfolio management. The short to mid term view is to continue to build this team with the successful candidate taking the lead.

The sucessful candidate will:
- Have extensive experience in pricing within general insurance
- Have strong technical skills in regards to data management and statisical modelling, particularly in regards to languages such as R and Python
- Be commercially aware and able to make effective decisions
- Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with colleagues, senior stakeholders and management
- Have the ability to create comprehensive MI and able to make good use of reporting tools such as Tableau
