Principal, Communications and Collaboration (Network SME)
This is an exciting role for responsible individuals that excel in technical management , networking , communications and collaboration.
Working alongside the Infrastructure and Operational services to deliver a new digital transformation programme, specifically looking at Networking, unified communications and collaboration projects.
Technical skills :
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and all associated ITIL processes.
- Must have strong technical leadership and IT Operations management, specifically managing 3rd party's that look after networking and unified communications.
- Excellent understanding of core infrastructure technology such as :
- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016
- EMM Enterprise Mobility Management platform
- SMTP content email filtering system
- Email Encryption (Highly restricted email management)
- Instant messaging (CISCO Jabber)
- MPLS, LAN, WAN technologies
