A large personal and commercial lines insurer is looking for a Principal Pricing Analyst to join their Motor Portfolio Pricing Team.
The candidate will use their insurance market knowledge and pricing expertise to develop and implement optimization strategies for their Motor business to deliver business objectives. The candidate will also act as a consultant to teams across Pricing, and provide training and mentoring to colleagues.
The role involves taking on people management responsibilities therefore requires advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
A suitable candidate will have experience working in an insurance pricing role and understanding of modeling techniques.
