Job Description

​Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of various product initiatives to meet company's business goals, Group standards and regulatory requirements

  • Ensure the implementation of product initiatives to support customer needs and different distribution channels

  • Oversee Risk and Operation issues related to product implementation process and internal systems to meet Group standards

  • Act as the owner of the product systems, monitor the progress and implement changes to meet business target

  • Ensure all resources are well coordinated so that the product initiatives can be implemented smoothly and launched as per agreed timeline

  • As a SME to represents any regulatory products to ensure the product development and proposal system are compliant with the latest regulatory requirement

  • Lead the discussion and manage any projects related to regulatory changes and guidelines on product development and proposal systems

Job Requirements:

  • University / Collage graduate with working experience in the insurance industry, with product implementation experience preferable

  • In-depth knowledge in responsible marketing and communication

  • Strong project management skills, stake holder management and problem solving skills

  • Good Communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English

  • People management experience preferred
