Eames Consulting is working as a retained partner with one of the most exciting insurtech businesses in the UK as they expand their team and search for their new Digital Product Head. The business is going through a substantial period of modernisation, as they completely revolutionise their service offering and develop a number of brand new solutions with a particular focus on the insurance motor and property space.
The role of Head of Product will lead a substantial team of product owners, managers and digital design SME's as you develop their core product set through to delivery on a global scale. You will be exposed to board and exec level individuals globally and be conformable with taking products from 'blank paper' to market delivery. This is a key role working for a growing insurance-focused technology business and requires an experienced product leader to galvanise and lead their product team.
To be considered for the role you will have:
- A background of developing core insurance products ideally with a focus on motor and/or property
- Experience in leading teams of product and digital SME's
- Very strong track record of working with highly digital and customer-centric software products
- Strong background working with software development and architecture teams
- Experience working with SaaS-based solutions
- Very strong experience working at board/exec level and facing off to key business-focused stakeholders
- Track record of delivery products in fast-paced, agile, high pressurised environment
