This person will be responsible for supporting the underwriting team in first line and developing the governance processes to ensure good customer outcome. This role entails engagement with underwriters and acting as their first point of contact.
Working knowledge of the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and FCA Handbooks is essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills.
