As part of their business transformation agenda, they are looking to hire a capable Product Owner to drive the entire product lifecycle in the area of digitizing client onboarding, including KYC & CRM with the aim to enhance the overall Cx, and drive process improvements for internal users.
Scope:
- You will manage a team of competent business analysts & developers and lead the entire project deliverables for the bank's onboarding & CRM platforms.
- Provide timeline, budget estimates and prepare business cases
- Manage & prioritise sprint teams on backlog and progress of deliverables
- Ensure projects & proposals meet regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience
- 7 years of relevant experience within Private Banking
- SME on client onboarding, KYC, CRM domains
- Experience with Agile/Scrum framework
