Hiring for a seasoned Technical Program Manager/Director within Private Banking and Wealth Management platform. You must have more than 15 years of experience leading large complex Technology transformation initiatives and demonstrate ability to work as a partner to collaborate and lead cross functional departments and teams across all aspects of program from initiation to closure. Working knowledge of mission critical applications and enterprise-wide technologies in a bank is a must.
As the Technical Program Manager/Director, you will be required to;
- Champion the delivery of enterprise wide technology programs and projects on time and within scope
- Take charge of developing detailed technology work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports
- Provide strategic technology direction for programs and demonstrate in-depth understanding of integration within overall technology function to achieve business objectives
- Ensure effective communication with senior business leaders and providing progress and overall program status including risk management, issue resolution and overall actions/decisions
