A Top Tier Global Bank has an exciting opportunity for multiple project managers on various levels to join its team in Kraków, Poland.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- End to end delivery of multiple work streams of large projects.
- Closely work with Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers and Global Portfolio Management Office to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio.
- Manage risks and issues through appropriate tracking and involving key members of the programme and project team where appropriate.
- Track, review and control programme and project progress and performance at clearly defined points in the process ensuring the project is delivered on time, within the budget, anticipate potential risks and issues, assist with putting mitigating actions into place to prevent delivery stalling and escalating as appropriate.
Key requirements
- 4+ years professional experience working on complex project.
- Experienced in project tracking, reporting and governance.
- Knowledge of financial services industry (banking, retail banking, retail banking projects, financial and budget management).
- Able to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Project Management qualification (PMP, MSP, Agile PM) is an advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools.
- Fluency in English (fluency in other languages will be an asset).
- Ability to work between 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm according to US time zone
