Hiring for an exceptional Consultant / Project Manager to join one of the leading financial services firm. This role with a seated within the Internal Management Consultancy department to provide consulting services targeted at business challenges and driving key strategic initiatives. This role will provide an opportunity to build up leadership abilities, leverage on your industry knowledge and build strong relationship across various functions within the organization.
This role will take charge of:
- Management consulting to senior business leaders/management, including analysis and defining target state designs and operating models
- Project managing various business initiatives across business change and transformation
- Effective collaboration across functional teams
- Governance structures
As an ideal candidate, you must have at least 10 years of working experience with proven track record of management consulting to Financial Services clients. You must possess deep expertise in project management and have at least one of the following coverage: TOM design, Business Change and Transformation or Risk/Regulatory projects.
