Job Description

Our client is leading financial institution in Asia, they are currently looking for a VP, Information Security PMO within the CISO office to champion and drive all security tasks that covers planning, operations, IT budgets and measure of performance.

  • Planning
    • Partnering with Senior Leadership team to develop strategic IT roadmaps
    • Developing annual IT plan with project portfolio and service deliverables
    • Participating in IT policies review, procedures and guidelines to ensure relevance to rapid changing cyber landscape
  • Operations and IT Budgets
    • Collaboration with various Business Units to manage annual budget plans, guiding the investment prioritization and reviews to deliver project and services at appropriate cost and risk
    • Facilitating of IT procurement processes
    • Driving changes in working practices to improve clarity, accountability and efficinecy
  • Performance Management
    • Monitoring of progress of the PMO performance
    • Tracking of IT performance against IT scorecard and provide status update and review to management
    • Tracking of resource utilization and staff productivity

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of working experience in supporting IT functions of a large complex environment with minimum of 5 years in Project Management
  • Broad understanding in key aspects of IT that includes; strategic planning, application implementation/support, IT Infrastructure, Vendor and Contract Management, Cyber Security, IT Audit, IT Governance, Risk Management and Business Continuinity Planning
  • Working experience in developing IT plans, IT policies & procedures, and IT Portfolio, and management of IT budget & expenditure, service and delivery measurement, reporting
