HR Transformation Business Analyst / Project Manager Needed!
I am currently working with an Investment Bank based in London who are looking for a HR Transformation Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their growing team on an initial 4 month contract with scope for numerous extensions due to the amount of work. The contract is Outside IR35 and requires you to go into their London based 2 day per week.
The model candidate will have previously worked as a hybrid PM/BA leaning more on the BA side within a HR Transformation project. The ideal candidate will have experience with both Workday, Successfactors or another HR system. You will be very hands on whilst helping architects whist gathering requirements and documenting gap analysis from the "as is" to the "to be" processes.
This will be a great opportunity to join a growing investment bank for their largest transformation project to date.
