Location: 3 days/ office in City of London (company policy)
We are looking for a QA and Test Engineer for a prominent insurance company based in London (hybrid). This offers the opportunity to be part of a company witnessing great transformation currently in their IT and business estate, shifting into a different operating model.
This is the ideal opportunity to automate processes within the product team. You will also aid in expanding the testing while minimising risk of untested products. You will also increase the testing involvement regarding user story and acceptance criteria forming stages. Essential part of the role will be stakeholder management as you will be liaising with the product delivery manager, BAs, Architects, Development Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and the QA/ Test Engineering Leader.
Skills and qualifications
- Software testing cycle understanding or experience
- Automation Experience (Selenium)
- Azure DevOps Experience
- Understanding of BDD and TDD
- Strong coding and design skills with a common automation testing language
