A Tier 1 Global Investment Bank is seeking an experienced professional to join their London desk. The role has been created through internal mobility and is an ideal opportunity for a candidate to gain wider experience in a more projects focused role
Main duties:
- Documentation and delivery of Comprehensive, High Quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications including detailed Regulatory Calculations and Reporting Requirements for review and sign off by Regulatory Reporting BAU Teams.
- Preparing detailed test cases and expected results for multiple deliverables.
- Documentation, User Acceptance Testing and implementation.
- Regulatory SME support to technical teams. Providing review and sign off of their Functional Specifications.
- Timely escalation of issues and risks to the Project Manager ensuring robust risk mitigation strategies.
Experience required:
- Good knowledge of PRA/ FCA Regulatory rules for investment firms and banks (CRR).
- A good understanding of the End to End Project life cycle including documentation, testing and implementation.
- COREP Calculations reporting experience required gained ideally from a BAU Regulatory Reporting Role.
- Axiom software experience desirable.
- Strong stakeholder Management Skills.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to work in a dedicated projects team focusing primarily on international regulatory projects implementing change across the EMEA Regulatory Reporting Platforms including and all new mandatory and business driven requirements (e.g. CRD4/ COREP/ BOE/ FINREP/ Pillar 2) covering calculations and reports. The role offers close interaction with senior stakeholders within the company and therefore it is essential the candidate has strong interpersonal skills.
