Looking for a reporting and governance senior analyst to join our risk management regulatory and governance team.

As a part of the EMEA risk management regulatory and governance team within the EMEA CRO office group, you will support the EMEA chief risk officer in providing cross functional coordination of regulatory deliverables and related activities.

You will have routine interface with EMEA risk leadership team, front line units, enterprise support functions, and reporting/business management groups across EMEA risk.

As a reporting and governance senior analyst your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Coordination of EMEA risk governance committee meetings and associated risk reporting.
  • Create management summaries and results orientated presentations for presentation to and discussion with senior management, regulators and other key stakeholders.
  • Cross functional coordination and interaction to deliver routine and ad hoc submissions to regulators.
  • Report and monitor regulatory exchanges to ensure well-coordinated interaction across.
  • EMEA risk management.
  • Maintain the EMEA risk regulatory tracking register.
  • Proactively monitor and respond to regulatory change as part of regional risk management.
  • Regulatory change programme.
  • Develop and enhance reports and reporting processes in line with industry/regulatory best practice.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects for senior management.

As a reporting and governance senior analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • • Previous experience at a regulator or financial consultancy would be an advantage
  • • Broad understanding of investment banking and risk management
  • • Understanding of what “best in class” risk management reporting looks like and ability to deliver to achieve these standards.
  • • Ability to work across teams and to exert indirect influence
  • • Ability to prioritise 
  • • Execute under tight deadlines and produce high quality work
  • • Excellent multi-tasking skills. Ability to interface & communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of management.
  • • Detail-oriented and proactive in every approach.
  • • Self-motivated, intellectually curious and willing to initiate change/debate.
  • • Well-developed business sense and a dedicated work ethic.
  • • High energy person
  • • Analytical capability to turn data into “information” through thoughtful analysis
  • • Proficiency Microsoft office, including excel and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
