A leading insurer is looking to hire into their Actuarial Team, focusing on reserving for a range of lines of business. This would be an excellent opportunity for an individual some previous GI experience looking for a change in discipline or career progression.

The role will involve the review of UK GAAP Best Estimates, calculating SII TP's, monitoring actual vs expected claims and producing quarterly/annual reports.

The successful candidate should have a good technical skill set with VBA experience being a must, strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and the appropriate actuarial knowledge in regards to reserving techniques and Solvency II.
