A leading Personal Lines insurer is looking for a Reserving Manager to oversee the internal reserving process.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting quarterly reserve reviews for both Home and Motor, whilst also feeding into the Capital and Solvency II processes. In this senior position the candidate will mentor junior team members and ensure reserving outcomes are fed into the wider actuarial functions.
The suitable candidate will have at least 4 years' experience within a General Insurance Reserving role.
