A fast growing FinTech based in London are looking for a Risk Manager to come and join their growing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Design operational, credit, market and liquidity risk across the business as well as develop.
- Develop, manage, refine qualitative and quantitative risk reporting which meets need of the board.
- Review and challenge design and effectiveness of controls.
- Assit in formulating the risk appetite framework.
- Define relevant KRI's / Metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams and senior members across the business.
- Support regulatory needs.
Expereince and skills required:
- Understanding of financial risk.
- Completed FRM is desirable.
- Communication skills.
