One of my large clients has just won a project of work with a telecommunications provider, as part of a re-landscape, and process enhancement, which is part of a company wide SAP Configuration review. This will mostly involve various modules within SAP ECC 6 and EHP 7. The modules that are in scope for review are:
- SAP PS
- SAP MM (Related to inventory management and procurement processes)
- SAP WM
- SAP FI- Assets accounting
- SAP PM
There will also be a functional review of SAP to Red Prairie and Spectrum data flows with SAP ECC, which you will need to lead on.
Please note that this is not a technical hands on role; you will be leading the Integrators as a technical design authority and a systems and process evangelist.
Because of the nature of the role and the end client, it would be highly advantageous to have worked within a telecoms customer or large telecoms service provider.
