My client, a leading British law firm based across London, Bristol and part of Europe and Asia are looking to hire an experienced Information security architect to lead on the design and implementation of security controls, protecting systems and services across the business.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Create and design security controls for business systems and services
- Maintain security architecture documents and patterns for security approaches to technical and process controls
- Assist in the development of the Information Security strategy
- Support the wider technology strategy design and implementation
- Support the business in its understanding of the threats it faces and the continued delivery of a secure by design methodology with supporting design lifecycle processes
Ideal candidate:
- You can design and review system architectures through the application of patterns and principles.
- You can advise on developments on security properties in technology. You can identify new technologies and design the use of these in the business context.
- You have knowledge of system architectures. You can understand and articulate the impact of vulnerabilities on existing and future designs and systems, and can articulate a response
- Knowledge of a range of enterprise IT application technologies, including a demonstrated track record in securing infrastructure applications such: The Microsoft Application Stack such as Exchange 365; Active Directory; AoVPN ; Azure Remote Access Services, Azure Backup and Azure site recovery
