A large Asset Management company are looking to hire a Senior Accountant to take responsibility for the financial reporting at a Group level. Reporting into the Head of Group Financial Reporting, this role will be responsible for producing reports for stakeholders and senior management, with 2 direct reports. Additionally, this role will be making strategic decisions and will be involved in the development and implementation of reporting plans adhering to ever-changing policy standards.

A successful candidate will have a good technical knowledge of IFRS and understand how changes in policy impact the business. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with other areas of the business, and with senior stakeholders. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA or similar) with at least 4 years PQE. This is an ideal role for someone looking to move out of practice or someone who has been in industry for a year.
