A London Market Insurer is looking for a qualified actuary to join their Capital Modelling team, as a Senior Capital Actuary.
The candidate must be able to use their expertise to test, analyse and further develop existing capital models to ensure efficiency, keeping the models in line with SII requirements. As well as this, the candidate will be responsible for managing the capital models for the Lloyd's Syndicates.
As the candidate will be reporting in to the Head of Capital, good communication skills are essential. They will also need to interact with Senior Management and show strong leadership skills while coaching and mentoring actuarial assistants.
The ideal candidate would have Non-life Actuarial experience, preferably in the London Market and be skilled in using capital models (Remetrica/ICE/IGLOO), as well as having Solvency II knowledge.
