Eames consulting has partnered with a leading insurer in the London market on the search for someone to lead its Nat Cat Modelling function. This opportunity is suited to an established Catastrophe Modeller or Exposure Management Analyst interested in joining a large team. The successful candidate will work across all Nat Cat lines of business with a focus on Property portfolios.
Along with day-to-day Catastrophe Modelling responsibilities across Property, Energy, and Marine classes, the selected candidate will develop/improve internal processes, own the roll-up process, assist with event response, and manage junior analysts and an outsourcing function.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the London market, strong technical skills (beyond SQL), and experience working on some speciality projects. Candidates with 3 years of experience looking for a step up with exposure to RMS (AIR considered), experience using and editing SQL scripts, and desire to move into a senior role are encouraged to apply.
