Role: Senior Catastrophe Modelling Analyst
Salary: up to £80,000 + bonus
Top 10 global insurance group operating in Lloyd's, UK, Continental Europe and Bermudian markets is looking to bring in a Senior Catastrophe Modelling Analyst into the London office.
The client is going through a period of modernisation and transformation and is therefore in demand on entrepreneurial thinkers to help execute our strategic vision of growth.
You will provide tailored risk pricing, to support and enhance underwriting capabilities on all open market pricing requests. You will become a key point of contact for the underwriters and be proactive in assisting the more junior members of the team where appropriate. Including assisting in the production of monthly modelling packs.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical understanding in all aspects of modelling, people management skills, have 5+ years experience in catastrophe modelling and advanced coding experience in at least one language.
