Eames is working closely with a well-regarded syndicate, on the appointment of a Senior Claims Adjuster for their Casualty & Healthcare team. The Senior Claims Adjuster will be responsible for the handling of a caseload of EL/PL and Medical Malpractice claims. Business is predominantly lead market and other duties will include:
- Handling claims that fall outside of delegated authority for TPA's.
- Regular liaison with brokers, solicitors, underwriters and other stakeholders.
Ideal applicants will possess the following abilities:
- Experience handling either Healthcare or General Liability claims.
- Knowledge of London market claims procedures.
- Experience overseeing/managing TPA's.
