Eames is currently working with a global insurer who is looking to bring on board a senior claims operations analyst. The role will report into the group claims operations manager and will be responsible for ensuring the effective reporting, design and implementation of claims team controls, as well as the implementation of process change, particularly due to regulation or audit. The role will also be accountable for providing oversight and advice to other claims handling offices with regards to controls they have in place.
