Eames is currently working closely with a well-respected Syndicate who are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior Claims Operations Analyst. You will report into the Head of Claims Operations and will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of day to day processes for claims operations, oversight and analysis of performance, and the management of process improvement, with an initial focus on delegated claims.
It is essential you have a strong understanding of the regulatory environment for claims management and oversight and have worked within a similar role. Delegated claims experience is beneficial, as is London Market exposure.
