Are you ready to revolutionise Exposure Management? A leading syndicate is looking for a Senior Exposure Management Developer and dive into a world of innovation and impact how its team models risks.
In this role you will be responsible for developing Exposure Management systems and tools for natural catastrophe and liability business across all group entities. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance understanding of perils, develop robust APIs and data pipelines, and drive technological advancements. From engaging with diverse teams to delivering impactful presentations, your contributions will shape the EM function.
Requirements:
- Proficient in .NET development, SQL optimisation, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Strong understanding of relational database design and optimisation using SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio.
- Experience in app development using the .NET ecosystem, including C#.
- Familiarity with common architectural patterns and web development frameworks.
- Ability to develop small applications or scripts using Python, and scripting in VBA or R would be advantageous.
- A passion for problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of CAT Modelling software (RMS, Verisk, Etc.)
