Eames is currently working with a Global Carrier on the appointment of a Senior Underwriting Controls Analyst. The role will work across all classes and business units and will be an integral part of ensuring our client's underwriting culture, philosophy and standards are upheld across the business.
Working closely with the Underwriting Controls Manager you will be responsible for:
- Production and management of our client's underwriting control framework, encompassing development of underwriting policies, standards and controls
- Ensuring underwriting controls are embedded across the business and developing action plans to address non-compliance
- Promoting best practice
- Recommending improvements where appropriate to our client's existing underwriting standards
- Develop standardised group-wide control reporting
