As a Senior IT Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of our client’s digital banking operations. You will be responsible for evaluating their IT infrastructure, systems, and processes, with a focus on cloud-based technologies. Your insights and recommendations will be critical in mitigating risks, enhancing controls, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive IT audits with a focus on cloud infrastructure, applications, and data management.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in cloud environments, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Provide mentorship and guidance to audit team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies, trends, and regulatory developments impacting the financial sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred.
Experience working within the banking industry or working exposure to BNM regulations
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in IT audit, risk management, or related fields, with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
Expertise in conducting risk assessments, developing audit programs, and evaluating controls within complex cloud environments.
In-depth understanding of cloud computing principles, platforms, and security frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts related to cloud to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, driving results and fostering collaboration in a dynamic environment
