Job Description
As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will be responsible in the following areas:
- Provide Technological support day-to-day for users
- Analyse, Troubleshoot and Escalate all IT problems
- Resolve incident, IT tickets according to their priority level and SLA
- Oversees all IT- related services
The ideal candidate requires:
- Experience in providing support across APAC
- Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support and Remote Support
- Extensive experience in providing technical support for all business infrastructures
- Ability to motivate and team lead
- Excellent communication skills
