Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Valuate and contribute to new business reinsurance projects
  • Validate Prophet formulas
  • Validate Solvency II calculation formulas
  • Set Liabilities for ALM
  • Edit technical reports
  • Review asset and liability trades
  • Produce reports and present them to senior stakeholders within the business
  • Calculate insurance policy liabilities e.g. profit and loss analyst

Key Skills/ Experience:

  • Capital Reporting/ Valuations
  • Economic capital
  • Reporting
  • IFRS 17
  • Solvency II
  • Annuities
  • Nearly/ Newly Qualified Actuary
  • 4 years' experience in life insurance
