Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a Global Insurance company who are keen to hire a Senior Marine Underwriter in Manchester to support them with the strategic development of their Marine Book.
- Underwriting complex risks predominantly across Cargo, with both Transportation & Logistics making up up the remainder of the book.
- Determining risk & appropriate pricing based on analysis and market awareness.
- Preparing renewal quotations and negotiating with both brokers and clients to deliver profitable outcomes.
- Establishing and then maintaining broker relationships across the region - marketing products, and supporting on accounts.
It's essential you have a strong background in underwriting complex risks across Marine Cargo - in return you will be working for a company with excellent market reputation offering a competitive salary and package.
