Eames are currently working with a large insurance broker to find a Senior Project Manager to join their ever growing change function. This role would be working on a TOM project with regards to their global broking centre. They are looking for someone who has strong technical, operational & process change experience and has the sort of gravitas needed to interact with board level representatives.
It is imperative to them that applicants have a strong financial services background and at least 8+ years experience with a history of delivering projects within time/budget/scope. Ideally looking for someone who has worked with target operating models previously.
